What the calculators collect: nothing

Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type — your age, balances, income — are never transmitted to us. There is no server to send them to. You can read the page source and confirm it.

What we collect, and only when you ask

If you complete the "Find an advisor" form and submit it, we collect the name, email, phone number, and state you enter, plus the coarse information from the short quiz (age band, what you're working on, roughly how much you have). That is the only moment any personal information leaves your browser, and it happens because you clicked the button, not before.

How we use it

We use your details to introduce you to a financial professional and to contact you about that introduction. We do not sell your information to a lead auction, and we do not share it with anyone other than the advisor you're introduced to. We take no payment from the long-term-care insurance industry.

Phone calls and texts

By submitting the form you agree that we and the advisor you're matched with may contact you by phone, text, and email at the number and address you provide, including about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time (see below); this consent is not a condition of using any calculator on the site.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, cookieless page analytics (Cloudflare) that record the page, referrer, and coarse country/device of a visit. This is not tied to your calculator inputs and cannot identify you.

Your choices

To have your information deleted and to stop all future contact, email us at the address below and we will remove your record and suppress your email from any future use. We keep a suppressed record of the email only so we can honor the request.
